Season 3 of The New Automation Mindset Podcast Explores the Agentic AI Future

New Automation Mindset Podcast Season 3

Over two seasons, 27 episodes and over 1,300 minutes, the “The New Automation Mindset Podcast” has explored the challenges and opportunities of enterprise technology.

From technology to executive leadership, we’ve shed light on how companies like NVIDIA, Capital One, Snowflake and Kyndryl are approaching the difficult, but necessary, job of eliminating IT silos and running as a more connected enterprise.

In the new wave of enthusiasm sparked by generative AI, we now know that a connected enterprise is a precursor to what comes next: The agentic economy.

“We’re just beginning to scrape the surface of how machines and humans work together…you can actually have human level intelligence paired with every employee to get work done in a better, faster, entirely innovative and new way,” said Ted Shelton, in Season 1 episode 4 (at the time a partner at Bain & Company, Now COO at Inflection AI).

This is the promise of the agentic future. But as many leaders shared over the past two seasons of the podcast, it’s more than just investing in new technology. It’s about changing the mindset of the organization.

This season, I’m looking to learn how the necessary mindset is changing in conversations with guests like:

  • Stephen Franchetti, SVP and CIO of Samsara will share his vision of AI in business processes, and how smarter enterprise architecture can get us there (releasing September 25)
  • Dirk Didascalou, CTO of Siemens, will share what IT leaders can learn from factory automation as they explore the agentic future (releasing October 2)
  • Angela Stewart, VP of Corporate Systems at Nasdaq will share new data strategies for generative AI readiness and outcomes (releasing Oct 9)
  • Suresh Jaganathan, Product Line Lead at Roche will unpack how delivery models are changing and what that means for the future (releasing Oct 16)

Later this season, we’ll also talk to executives from Lenovo, OXY, Atlassian, Box, Aon, Boston Consulting Group, Lucid Motors, and more.

I think this is our best season yet, and I hope you’ll agree. Be sure to catch all the episodes of The New Automation Mindset Podcast season 3, available at Workato.com, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, or wherever you get your podcasts.
