Community Connector Enhancements/Bugs Fixes
Kickflow
Enhancement
Kickflow is a cloud workflow system that enables companies to improve productivity and business efficiency through an approval process.
Enhancements made:
- Updated the output schema to display the formatted inputs (form field input values) associated with the ticket in the Get, Create, Update, and Execution actions within the ticket object and trigger.
Breaking Changes:
- In the Create Ticket action, the input object’s fields have been modified, and the Value field has been changed from an array of strings to a string.
- In the Search Ticket action, the Status field has changed from a select dropdown to a multi-select dropdown.

Freshservice
Enhancement
Freshservice is a cloud-based IT Help Desk and service management solution that enables organizations to simplify their IT operations. The solution offers features that include a ticketing system, self-service portal and knowledge-base.
Enhancements made:
- Added List actions for Requester fields, Agent Fields, and Onboarding Form Fields.
- Added Create actions for Requester, Agent, and Onboarding request.
- Removed basic authentication (no longer supported).
- Updated the output schema (missing fields including ‘status’ and other fields) for the ticket object in triggers and the ‘List Ticket’ action.
- Resolved the “undefined method for nil value” issue in the “Create Agent” and “List Agent” actions.
- Updated custom fields in both input and output fields for actions.
- Made an adjustment to the “Create Service Request” API to return the ticket attribute response and ticket form custom fields instead of the service request response and its custom fields. In accordance with this confirmation, modifications have been applied to the custom fields within the output response for this action.
- Update the labels for requester and fixed the multidropdown fields.

- SSL settings (skipping certs and/or hostname validation) now also apply when loading WSDL.
- Ability to provide local WSDL file path in connection settings.
- OPA config.yml option to specify a base directory to allow relative WSDL file path in connection settings.
- Improved error message in case OPA extension is not installed or started.
- Support for providing arrays as authentication parameters.
