Community Connectors: What’s new in September
We’re thrilled to share this month’s updates from the Workato community for September 2024! This month, we’ve added 22 new or updated connectors, including Google Meet for seamless video conferencing, AWS GuardDuty for enhanced security monitoring, and WooCommerce for easy e-commerce management. Additionally, we have worked on some of our existing connectors, such as Google Gemini, Sage Intacct, and SAP Business One, with various improvements and bug fixes. Curious about the updates? New Feature: Tags on Assets
Tags are now available for Recipes, Connections, Pages, and Data Tables. This feature helps organize assets, improve searchability, and group assets across projects. Tags also contribute to the business value dashboard.
•Permissions: Tag creation is managed in workspace settings.
•Tagging & Managing: Add, edit, or remove tags via UI or APIs. Bulk actions are supported.
•Tag Filtering: Search by tags on assets/projects pages, with future support in the Operations Hub.
Embedded API Additions & Enhancements
We’re excited to announce some new additions and enhancements to our Embedded API endpoints!
New endpoints:
- Get usage (v2): Retrieves usage metrics for specified customer workspaces within a defined timeframe
- List On-prem Groups: Retrieves a list of all On-prem Groups in a customer workspace
- List On-prem Agents: Retrieves a list of all On-prem Agents in a customer workspace.
- Get details about an On-prem Agent: Retrieves detailed information about an On-prem Agent within a customer workspace using its unique ID
Updated endpoints:
- Add member to customer workspace: Add a member to the specified Embedded customer workspace
- Create customer: Create a new Embedded customer
Community Connectors: What’s new in August 2024
We're excited to unveil our latest updates in the Workato community for August 2024! This month, we’ve added several new connectors, including FHIR for healthcare data interoperability, Wasabi for cost-effective cloud storage, e-Gov for accessing Japanese government services, Inriver for product information management, Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data, and Apollo.io for sales engagement. Additionally, we've enhanced 15 existing connectors, such as GraphQL, Rally, and Microsoft Graph API, with various improvements and bug fixes. Curious about the updates? On-prem Agent (OPA) 24.3 Release
OPA has been updated with new SAP and security capabilities:
- SAP: Aligned order of fields in RFC_READ_TABLE requests for compatibility with legacy SAP systems.
- Security: Updated libraries according to the OWASP scanner recommendations.

Improved Assets Search
You can now perform a search across all assets and projects. Search asset names, descriptions, apps used, and actions used. Results are sorted by relevance to help you find what you need quickly. Refine your search results with filters and toggle between different sorting options.
Deploy from recipe page
| You are now able to deploy assets directly from the recipe page with enhanced deployment permissions. This feature simplifies the deployment process, allowing you to activate and update assets across environments with just a click. Streamline your workflow by selecting target environments, reviewing deployment details, and confirming actions all from one central location. |

We're excited to unveil our latest updates in the Workato community for July 2024! This month, we’ve added 6 new connectors, including SAP Fieldglass for managing your external workforce, Capsule CRM for streamlined customer relationship management, LDAP for universal directory integration, UKG Ready for comprehensive human capital management, Bitlocker for enhanced data security, and Eloqua for advanced marketing automation. Additionally, we've enhanced 20 existing connectors, such as Infor Talent Management, Google Docs, and Azure Service Bus, with various improvements and bug fixes. Curious about the updates? New AI feature: Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
IDP now allows you to process receipts, invoices, or any other document into recipe datapills that can map any downstream actions. You can pre-configure schemas for documents, process handwritten text, and process multilingual documents.
Logging service now includes webhook trigger errors
The Logging Service now captures and logs webhook trigger errors. This includes both gateway errors (rate limiting, verification failures, or invalid requests) and processing errors due to parsing or downstream service failures.
