We’re thrilled to share this month’s updates from the Workato community for October 2024! This month, we’ve added 19 new or updated connectors, including including new connectors like LINE for messaging automation, AppDirect for subscription management, Datacom Easipay for payroll processing, and Astrix for cybersecurity. Additionally, we have worked on some of our existing connectors, such as Google Vertex AI, AWS Secrets Manager and AWS Security Hub with various improvements and bug fixes. Curious about the updates? We’re excited to announce some new additions and enhancements to our Embedded API endpoints!

New endpoints:

• Get usage (v2): Retrieves usage metrics for specified customer workspaces within a defined timeframe
• List On-prem Groups: Retrieves a list of all On-prem Groups in a customer workspace
• List On-prem Agents: Retrieves a list of all On-prem Agents in a customer workspace.
• Get details about an On-prem Agent: Retrieves detailed information about an On-prem Agent within a customer workspace using its unique ID
• Get connections based usage: Retrieves connection-based usage metrics for specified customer workspaces and can be aggregated across customer workspaces.

Updated endpoints:

• Add member to customer workspace: Add a member to the specified Embedded customer workspace
• Create customer: Create a new Embedded customer
• Get usage (v2): Retrieves usage metrics for specified customer workspaces within a defined time frame, including task usage, recipe counts, and counts of successful and failed jobs.

For September 2024, ServiceNow resolved an authentication error, Microsoft Dynamics 365 improved batch action error messaging, and SFTP addressed encoding issues when uploading files. Outlook, Salesforce, and AWS Lambda also saw key improvements, while additional updates were applied to Google Sheets, Box, and more. Curious about these updates? Check out more details here!

We’re thrilled to share this month’s updates from the Workato community for September 2024! This month, we’ve added 22 new or updated connectors, including Google Meet for seamless video conferencing, AWS GuardDuty for enhanced security monitoring, and WooCommerce for easy e-commerce management. Additionally, we have worked on some of our existing connectors, such as Google Gemini, Sage Intacct, and SAP Business One, with various improvements and bug fixes. Curious about the updates? Tags are now available for Recipes, Connections, Pages, and Data Tables. This feature helps organize assets, improve searchability, and group assets across projects. Tags also contribute to the business value dashboard.

•Permissions: Tag creation is managed in workspace settings.

•Tagging & Managing: Add, edit, or remove tags via UI or APIs. Bulk actions are supported.

•Tag Filtering: Search by tags on assets/projects pages, with future support in the Operations Hub.

Recipe Copilot now includes Recipe Sketches, allowing users to generate a visual outline of recipes based on input. The sketch includes apps, actions, and steps, giving builders a clear starting point to refine, accept, or build iteratively. This feature helps accelerate recipe creation and is available to all customers using Recipe Copilot

In August 2024, key updates include the EDI by Workato connector now supporting X12 document formats for seamless data exchange, and AI by Workato introducing default settings to disable AI in child workspaces. Workato Data Tables added new navigation links and improved handling of null file objects. We’ve also rolled out fixes and enhancements for connectors like Google Cloud Storage, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and Microsoft SharePoint. Curious about the updates? Check out more details here!

We're excited to unveil our latest updates in the Workato community for August 2024! This month, we’ve added several new connectors, including FHIR for healthcare data interoperability, Wasabi for cost-effective cloud storage, e-Gov for accessing Japanese government services, Inriver for product information management, Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data, and Apollo.io for sales engagement. Additionally, we've enhanced 15 existing connectors, such as GraphQL, Rally, and Microsoft Graph API, with various improvements and bug fixes. Curious about the updates? OPA has been updated with new SAP and security capabilities:

• SAP: Aligned order of fields in RFC_READ_TABLE requests for compatibility with legacy SAP systems.
• Security: Updated libraries according to the OWASP scanner recommendations.
