Core Workato AI features—including Agent Studio, GO, Intelligent Document Processing, AI by Workato, and MCP Gateway—are now available in the EU data center. All AI models and processing are hosted within the EU, ensuring customer data never leaves the region and GDPR compliance.

Key details:

• New recipes automatically use EU-hosted models; existing recipes continue on US models.
• All LLM calls and data processing remain in-region.

Admins can now programmatically access Performance Copilot health scans across their workspace to improve recipe quality, streamline deployments, and drive better visibility into workspace performance.

• New GET and POST endpoints allow you to retrieve or trigger health scans for any recipe.
• Scan results include health scores, rule violations, and actionable suggestions for performance, cost, security, and quality.
• Integrate scan data into work management tools like Jira, or build custom dashboards for monitoring recipe health at scale.
• Rate limits: up to 60 GET and 20 POST requests per minute.

Agentic Studio is now live in public beta, offering enterprises a powerful way to build and orchestrate AI agents (Genies) that can understand business context, reason through tasks, and take meaningful action across departments.

• Agentic Studio allows teams to create Genies that can be embedded into business processes in IT, Finance, HR, and Sales.
• Genies leverage Workato’s 1000+ connectors, giving them the ability to read from and act on systems across the enterprise.
• Unlike custom-coded agent frameworks, Agentic Studio enables faster creation and deployment without sacrificing enterprise integration needs.
• Enables deployment of agents across use cases, avoiding the limitations of vendor-specific AI solutions that are siloed and narrowly scoped.

Recipe Copilot now includes Recipe Sketches, allowing users to generate a visual outline of recipes based on input. The sketch includes apps, actions, and steps, helping accelerate recipe creation by giving builders a clear starting point to refine, accept, or build iteratively. This feature available to all customers using Recipe Copilot.

IDP now allows you to process receipts, invoices, or any other document into recipe datapills that can map any downstream actions. You can pre-configure schemas for documents, process handwritten text, and process multilingual documents.

Within the Connector SDK, you can now utilize Copilot to build a custom connector with any application. New Copilot capabilities around searching for API documentation and an easy-going chat experience allow you to build connectors quickly and intuitively. You can still supply any relevant information (API docs, OpenAPI specifications) to provide context and direction to the model.

All workspaces with Copilot enabled have access to this new Copilot experience.

You can now ask Copilot to determine the suitable datapills for your input configuration fields, alleviating the heavy lifting of sorting through the hundreds or thousands of available datapills in any given recipe. To yield the best generation, we recommend providing as much context about the data and any formatting.

Recipe Copilot must be enabled in the workspace to utilize this functionality. This functionality receives data about your current recipe, which may include metadata about custom fields in your systems, but does not receive any job data.
